The Technomax CE and CK Series High Security Key Cabinets provide a robust and professional solution for securely storing and managing keys in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments. Manufactured in Italy by Technomax, a leading European safe manufacturer, these cabinets combine heavy-duty steel construction, anti-tamper locking technology, and organized key storage systems designed for reliability and ease of use.

Designed for offices, hotels, property managers, security companies, vehicle fleets, facilities management teams, and industrial sites, the Technomax key cabinets ensure that keys are protected from unauthorised access while remaining easily accessible to authorised personnel.

The series is available in two capacity options (40 keys or 120 keys) and two locking configurations:

• CE Series – Electronic digital keypad with emergency override key

• CK Series – High-security double-bitted key lock

Both systems are built to professional security standards and provide excellent resistance against tampering, drilling, and forced entry.

Key Features

High Security Steel Construction

The cabinets feature a one-piece welded steel body manufactured using automated robotic systems, ensuring structural strength and consistent build quality. The door and front panel are reinforced to resist physical attack and tampering.

Reinforced Door and Lock Protection

• Door thickness: 8 mm reinforced steel

• Body thickness: approx. 3–5 mm steel construction

• Lock mechanism protected by a manganese steel anti-drill plate

• Nickel-plated rotating steel locking bolts Ø22 mm provide strong door engagement

These features significantly improve resistance to drilling or mechanical attack.

Organised Key Storage

Inside the cabinet, metal key hooks with adhesive numbering allow keys to be clearly labeled and organized for easy management and quick identification.

  • 40 key hooks

  • 120 key hooks (with additional internal panels for increased capacity)

The cabinets include horizontal hook rows designed for efficient spacing, allowing keys of various sizes to be stored neatly.

Wall Mounting for Security

Each cabinet is supplied with four rear fixing holes and anchor bolts for secure wall mounting. Once installed, the cabinet cannot easily be removed or relocated.

Durable Industrial Finish

The exterior is coated with thermo-hardening epoxy powder paint, oven cured to provide a highly durable, scratch-resistant finish suitable for commercial environments.

Locking Options

CE Series – Electronic Digital Lock

The CE models (CE40 and CE120) feature a secure digital locking system designed for convenient access control.

Features include:

• Electronic combination lock with high reliability electronic control system

• Non-volatile memory (code retained even if batteries are removed)

• Membrane keypad with 4 status LEDs

• Acoustic and visual confirmation signals for:

  • Code entry

  • Error alerts

  • Low battery warning

• Electromagnetic locking system

• Emergency override key supplied (double-bitted key)

• External emergency power contacts on keypad

• Powered by 4 x 1.5V alkaline batteries (not included)

CK Series – High Security Key Lock

The CK models (CK40 and CK120) are equipped with a traditional but highly secure double-bitted key lock.

Features include:

• Latest-generation EN 1300 certified high-security lock

• 8 asymmetrical independent levers for anti-picking protection

• Special anti-tamper lever design resisting manipulation tools

• Double-bitted key with proprietary profile

• Keys supplied with ownership card to prevent unauthorized duplication

• Key retaining system preventing removal when unlocked
