ISEO Steel Door Panic Exit Lock with a single point non deadlocking latch. 

It is common to find this lock used on steel doors with Panic Emergency Escape hardware on commercial and industrial buildings across Ireland. The Lock is unique and easily identifiable by the two euro cylinder cutouts in the body. Internal functioning: panic bar and/or key.
External operation: the key enables and disables the handle, releases the latch.
The handle releases the latch only if enabled by key.
