Manufactured with a hardened, chrome-plated brass body and a hardened steel shackle, Magno padlocks provide strong resistance against forced entry and pulling attacks. From the 30 mm body width upwards, the locks feature a double-locking mechanism, delivering enhanced protection by securing the shackle at both sides.

The Magno range is available in keyed to differ, keyed alike, and master key configurations, allowing you to tailor access control to your needs. For users operating multiple padlocks, the keyed-alike option allows all locks to be opened with a single key, improving convenience and key management. Magno Padlock Sizes – Explained

• Magno 30mm
  Featuring a 30 millimetre wide body and a 6 millimetre hardened steel shackle, this model marks the start of the double-locking mechanism, providing improved resistance to pulling and prying.

• Magno 40mm
  A popular mid-range option with a 40 millimetre body width and an 8 millimetre shackle diameter, suitable for lockers, gates, storage boxes, and higher-use environments.

• Magno 50mm
  With a 50 millimetre wide body and an 8 millimetre hardened shackle, this size offers a strong balance between size, strength, and versatility for both commercial and domestic use.

• Magno 60mm
  The largest standard Magno padlock, featuring a 60 millimetre body width and a 10 millimetre diameter hardened steel shackle, designed for more demanding applications where higher physical security is required.

• Magno Flex
  The Magno Flex combines the 50 millimetre Magno body with a flexible shackle (approximately 10 millimetres in diameter), allowing it to secure larger, irregular, or multiple items where a traditional rigid shackle would not fit.
